Dayoung Ko, MD is a board-certified dermatologist who loves helping patients feel confident in their skin. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from Duke University, graduating with distinction, and went on to complete her medical degree at Duke as well. After her intern year in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, she completed her Dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
Dr. Ko provides comprehensive dermatologic care, treating conditions such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis, and performing skin cancer screenings and surgeries. She is also highly skilled in aesthetic dermatology, offering Botox and other neurotoxins for fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperhidrosis; dermal fillers for volume restoration and contouring; and skin rejuvenation with lasers and chemical peels. She takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s skin type, background, and individual beauty goals.
Outside the office, Dr. Ko enjoys fashion, interior design, and traveling. She is also learning to golf with her husband and can often be found at the dog park with their mini goldendoodle, Astor.
