BOTOX®
We use only FDA-approved BOTOX® Cosmetic at The Menkes Clinic. This effective substance is totally safe when injected in small amounts into carefully selected facial muscles. It relaxes wrinkles caused by muscle movement, such as frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet.
BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment is simple, a 10-minute, non-surgical process. A few tiny injections, and within days there can be a noticeable improvement in the moderate to severe frown lines between the brows that can last up to 4 months.
One of our skilled physicians will perform several tiny injections of BOTOX® Cosmetic directly into the muscles that cause those moderate to severe frown lines between the brows.

DYSPORT®
The FDA has approved Dysport to treat forehead wrinkles and frown lines, making it only the second drug to be approved by the agency as a wrinkle treatment.
Dysport (formerly known as Reloxin) is made from the same active ingredient as Botox (made by Allergan), Clostridium botulinim toxin type A. Botulinum toxins temporarily reduce the appearance of wrinkles by restricting the muscle actions that cause creasing and frown lines.
Like Botox, Dysport is administered via an injection at the site of forehead wrinkles. According to Ipsen Biopharm Ltd., which makes Dysport, the FDA based its approval on clinical trials involving about 2,900 people at 80 study sites.
